The Sichuan Opera was a lot like a circus with multiple acts. The two performers are pouring tea in this photo.

There was no translation of the Chinese, so I have no idea what was happening here.

Inside the Science and Technology Museum, I was surprised that the Chinese space shuttle looks just like the U.S. space shuttle. Maybe they like it because it is very panda like.

Inside the museum.

A giant statue of Mao pointing towards the main square of Chengdu.

Chengdu was surprisingly modern.

Sichuans are proud of Pandas, and put them everywhere hoping it will lead to more sales.

Bicycles were everywhere. I liked how most bicycles had umbrella holders built into to bike (here you can see an electric bicycle).

I think this statue is Mao, in front of the Science and Technology Museum.

It only costs 50 RMB to hold a red panda baby.

When I saw the sign below, I wondered if it meant the buidling was being deconstructed (Material and Mental regression).

For 1000 RMB (arond 130 USD) it's possible to take a photo with a baby panda.

Below are red pandas playing.
