I enjoyed camel riding much more than horses. We rode for a few hours to camp

Surprisingly, there were not that many sand dunes in the Gobi.
It was amazing how fast souvenir stands were set up here, even though we were the only tourists for miles around.

I tried to take many photos of pikas, but the move too fast and it was getting dark. I wonder if they are the inspiration for Pikachu.

We stayed at the Three Camel Lodge, deluxe gers with camel fur blankets.
