I'm posting photos from my most recent trip to China. My first stop was Chengdu. I found a teahouse nearby the hotel since relaxing in teahouse is part of Chengdu culture. The first photo is the view from the window next to my table.
This is longjin tea. It's served in a clear glass. The teas leaves begin cluttered at the top of the glass. Only after the tea is brewed, do the tea leaves settle to the bottom of the glass. When you almost finish the glass, it will be refilled with hot water, reusing the tea leaves several times. The teahouse also serves a few snacks--I ordered some noodles.
